答案 The pie chart illustrates the causes of sudden death in middle-aged people. There are many causes that may lead to sudden death. From this pie chart, we can see clearly that nearly one half of death is due to people’s heavy pressure of work. Other reasons include irregular life style, bad life habits such as smoking and drinking, and short of physical exercise. We have to note that social development is a double-edge sword. Nowadays, with the development of economy, many people have to manage to hold up under the daily stress and work overtime. Some employers even take overworking for granted. So many middle-aged elites have been over-drained, both spiritually and physically. Fatigue is lurking in human’s body as a "stealth killer". Therefore, although it appears that sudden death is only related to an individual’s behavior, it actually has something to do with the social system. Multiple measures should be taken to deal with such an issue. On one hand, government should set up certain laws to protect the benefits of employees. On the other hand, middle-aged people should protect themselves as well. In order to keep healthy, they should have a regular life habit, drink and smoke less, do more exercise, and maintain an optimistic attitude.
