What is the increase between the two anti-smoking campaigns?

The European Commission will spend about ninety five million dollars over the next four years trying to prevent children and young adults from smoking. That’s a big increase on the twenty five million dollars it spend on its last anti-smoking campaign.

British Prime Minister Tony Blair said Friday that he is happy to support Finance Minister Gordon Brown as the next prime minister and Labor Party leader. Mr. Blair will resign in late June. Mr. Brown has started his campaign by admitting past mistakes in Iraq. But he says Britain must keep its promise to the Iraqi people.
