So we have been learning to communicate with others ,but some may be troubled by personal relationship despite their eagerness to get on well with others. Here are some suggestions: First of all, we should always bear it in our mind that any good relationship is based on mutual understanding, trust and respect. It is known that honesty is the best policy, and this is true with good personal relations. If we can respect others and treat others sincerely, we are sure to gain others’ respect and support. In our life, we frequently find that some people are quite popular with their classmates or colleagues due to their enthusiasm and optimism. Undoubtedly a person who is ready to help others and bring joy to others is always welcomed. Maybe they cannot really help us, but their willingness to offer help and their optimistic attitudes towards life move us to such an extent that we are pleased to be in contact with them. So being warm-hearted is indispensable to any good relations. Being broad-minded is also essential to good relations. Suppose a person is unable to tolerate others, how can he gain popularity? If we do know how to put up with others’ shortcomings and how to appreciate others, we may fred out that it is by no means difficult to deal with personal relations.
