The very fact is both shocking and thought-provoking. The implied meaning of the two pie charts above should not be ignored by our society. First of all, each of us should realize that young people have become the main part of the present network crimes. If we turn a deaf ear to this age group and network crimes, it is out of the question for us to live in a stable and harmonious environment. What’s more, the people who have received higher education are the majority of the network criminals. In our hi-tech society, it is uneasy for us to spot their criminal activities. And their crimes can do more harm to our society, life, work, and study. Therefore, we should be alert to the group and their potential dangers. Counter-measures should be taken to change the situation. In the first place, an education campaign must be launched, particularly among young people. In the second place, a relevant law must be set up to punish those who commit network crimes. In sum, young people and the people with higher education should become the main target in our combat against network crimes.
