答案 Nowadays, many people change their jobs frequently, and job-hopping is becoming a growing trend which is not only acceptable, but very often looked upon as a way to move upward and keep skills fresh and up to date. However, some job-hoppers have taken some improper means in order to seek a good job, but it resulted in what we call "Harm set, harm get". The above picture vividly describes a social phenomenon; one smuggling the business secrets of his former company is hopping on to a new company, but what he is going to face is the dock being suing by the former company. There have been several reasons for this. For one thing, being egoistic and lack of integrity, some people stake their future good position(positions)on the former company’s business secrets, regardless of the loss they might bring to the company. For another, the confidential consciousness and secrecy system of some companies are so weak that they leave an opportunity for those seeking to steal trade secrets. In addition, unfair competitions existing in the society is the breeding ground for this phenomenon. To solve the problem, we may adopt the following measures. To begin with, we should highly cherish and cultivate people’s integrity and honesty. Besides, companies should improve their own systems protecting commercial secrets. Last but not least, the government should take strict measures to prevent and punish illegally unfair competitions. Only in this way, can we halt the phenomenon that the picture depicts.
