The picture illustrates that many people nowadays are indulging themselves in foods, which leads to many problems. However, as far as I am concerned, people are not supposed to have an unbalanced diet for the sake of keeping fit. There is no denying that delicious foods are highly attractive to every person, but we must take them properly. To begin with, taking too much food without exercises does harm to our physical health. With the dramatic improvement of the living standards, many foods with high fat and calories appear which may result in perpetual healthy problems. Furthermore, taking too much food without exercises exerts a negative impact on our mental health. Since we become obese, we will lose confidence, especially for the girls who pay more attention to the appearance. From what has been mentioned above, people should curb their impulse to take too much junk food. Only in this way can we lead a healthy and vibrant life.
