President Obasanjo said about 148 billion dollars were lost each year as a result of corruption. He described the loss as "monumental" and "preventable" , with extractive industries, such as oil and gas, among the worst hit.

The University Boat Race is a uniquely British institution but it’s taken on a distinctly international character.
