答案 There is a popular saying that goes like "Given the same fish, put into two different aquaria, it will face fundamentally different situations". To be specific, this fish will be the leader dominating all other tiny fish in a small aquarium while it readily becomes a follower subordinating to bigger fish in larger surroundings. Which would you choose, the small aquarium or the larger surroundings? For me, better be the head of a dog than the tail of a lion. In other words, it is better to be the leader of a less prestigious group than to be a subordinate in a more prestigious one. Firstly, being the head of a dog usually means that you are striking and respectable, which would provides you with more opportunities for being promoted. Moreover, being the head of a group, you have to constantly improve yourself, which will end up making yourself more capable and prominent. From what’s discussed above, I believe it is better to be the head of a dog than the tail of a lion.
