What is the man’s problem?

M: Hello. This Is Will Sanders. I purchased some custom office furniture from your company about a month ago. The desks have arrived and are great, but I still haven’t received the chairs. We open for business soon, so I was wondering when they will be here.
W: Let me check our records, Mr. Sanders. lt appears that the chairs have already been sent. They should have arrived by now. I’ll contact our freight department and check on the delivery status. If you leave me your telephone number, I can call you back and let you know what I find out.
M: Sure. It’s 555-3895, extension 220. I’ll be here until 4 o’clock.
