If you want to do the market research well, you’ll have to develop a flair for seeing which way the wind is blowing. This includes (a) alertness to change, (b) ability to adjust or to create change oneself, (c) ability to attract and hold competent workers, (d) 180°vision with respect to operating details, and (e) a knowledge of the market—one’s customers and their needs. We have to make sure that we stay one step ahead of the fraudsters. Or they might gobble up the world’s resources.
