This includes (a) alertness to change, (b) ability to adjust or to create change oneself, (c) ability to attract and hold competent workers, (d) 180°vision with respect to operating details, and (e) a knowledge of the market—one’s customers and their needs. We have to make sure that we stay one step ahead of the fraudsters. Or they might gobble up the world’s resources.
