    中保财产保险公司(以下简称本公司)根据被保险人的要求，及其所缴付约定的保险费，按照本保险单承担险别和背面所载条款与下列特别条款承保下列货物运输保险，特签发本保险单。
    This policy of Insurance witness that The People’Insurance(Property)Company of China， Ltd．(hereinafter called“The Company”)，at the request of the Insured and in consideration of the agreed premium paid by the Insured，undertakes to insure the undermentioned goods in transpotation subject to the conditions of this Policy as per the Clauses printed overleaf and other special clauses attached   hereon

    所保货物，如发生本保险单项下可能引起索赔的损失或损坏，应立即通知本公司下述代理人查勘。如有索赔，应向本公司提交保险单正本(本保险单共有2份正本)及有关文件。如一份已用于索赔，其余正本则自动失效。
  In the event of loss or damage which may result in a claim under this Policy，immediate notice must be given to the Company’s agent as mentioned hereunder．Claims，if any，one of the Original Policy which has been issued in Original(s)together with the relevant documents shall be surrendered to the Company，if one of the Original Policy has been accomplished，the others to bevoid．

    (1)托运人(Shipper’)
    本栏应填写托运人的全称、街名、城市、国家名称，并填写联系电话、传真号等内容。在填写此栏时，如信用证无特殊的规定，一般填写出口商(即信用证受益人)的名称。
    (2)收货人((Consignee)
    提单的收货人也就是提单的抬头，可分为记名提单(Straight：B／L)、不记名提单(Open B／L)和指示提单(Order B／L)。在填制此栏时，究竟采用哪一种抬头，要根据信用证有关条款的规定。根据本题已知资料，信用证规定为托运人指示提单(made out to order)，故提单收货人栏应填写为“to order”。
    (3)通知人(Notify Party)
    本栏填写货物到达目的港(地)船公司需要通知的人。在信用证结汇方式下，开证行作为第一收货人显示在提单收货人栏内，开证申请人是实际收货人，显示在提单的通知人栏内。根据本题已知资料，信用证规定提单通知人为开证申请人(notify applicant)，故此栏应填写实际收货人即进口商(开证申请人)的名称。
    (4)运费支付(Freight＆Charger)
    除非信用证有特别要求，几乎所有的海运提单都不填写运费的数额，而只是表明运费是否已付清或什么时候付清。本题中，信用证规定“运费预付”(freight prepaid)，按规定，“运费支付”栏应该填写“freight prepaid”。
