And the major group of sub-health is the office workers, including high-tech personnel, senior intellectuals, medical treatment personnel, IT and media staff, traffic police, etc. Sub-health is a critical point between health and illness. It is also a signal in human body for the coming of serious diseases. But because the latent period of sub-health is usually eight to ten years, plus insufficient consciousness of it, people pay little attention to it and miss the best time of treatment. However, the situation is, even if they know they may have potential health problems, that many office workers can not quit their former working and living state because of pressure, and so on.
