答案 As is vividly depicted in the picture, a helpless young man is gripped tightly by his cellphone, which actually shows obsessive cellphone use disorder(OCUD). Nowadays, the OCUD is increasingly prevalent as more and more people are addicted to the use of cellphone. When one suffers from the OCUD, he is compelled to check instant messages or updates on mobile apps all the time. As a sign of "extreme mentality" , he will feel at a loss if his cellphone is out of reach. His eyes may stare at the screen of cellphone even if he is dating his girlfriend. Indeed, the ability to communicate face-to-face will be significantly hampered by the OCUD. What’s more, excessive use of cellphone may impose various health issues such as stiff finger joints, blurred vision, or even headache. There is no denying that OCUD has brought us many bad effects. Thus, it is high time that we took measures. For one thing, we can make ourselves more involved in sports activities. For another, we should try to set up our social circle so as to get rid of the sense of loneliness. Only in this way can we become immune to the OCUD.
