答案 On Over-packing (1) Nowadays，many manufacturers pay much attention to packaging of products so that their commodities can attract customers. (2) Over-packing, however, leads to many problems. (3) Firstly, important materials for industrial production and daily life have been lavishly consumed by the packing industry. (3)Secondly, over-packaging also generates a lot of garbage, (4) most of which is not degradable. (5) It is reported that 20 percent of our annual garbage comes from excessive wrapping. (3) Thirdly, over-packing has also (6) result in an unhealthy consumption habit and become a cover-up for some businessmen to gain staggering profits, (7) as wrapping sometimes takes up 70 percent of the total cost of a commodity. (8) To my mind, (9) it’s the quality rather than the gaudy looks of the commodity from which the customers really benefit. (10) Therefore, manufacturers should not over-pack but ensure the quality of the products in order to gain profits in the long run．
