Stress is a major cause of health and mental problems, which deserves our attention. To deal with stress, I think we could adopt a two-pronged approach. First of all, we should know when to let go. Many people are stuck in a futile attempt to secure a client or save a dead-end career path. They are not willing to let go, so they cling on to the stress-induced project or work. Bit by bit, as they are disappointed by the crude reality, they are more likely to suffer serious anxiety. Therefore, knowing when to let go is the wisdom of life, which greatly reduces our stress. Secondly, we should talk to our friends and family members frequently to relieve the stress. Stressed people often feel suffocated and cornered. At this point, if we talk to our friends or family members, the tension will be relieved by talking and sharing. They could also give us some solutions from another perspective. In conclusion, to avoid stress, we had better master the wisdom of letting go and share our stress with friends and family members.
