    Some physical problems are linked to emotional well-being. Our body and emotion are dependent on each other for us to be healthy. Chinese traditional medical theories also hold the same idea that excitement does harm to the heart, anger to the liver, depression to the lung, and fears to the kidney.

Back pain has been attributed to a feeling of not being emotionally supported. Headache can be caused by a kind of strain from life and work. However, many of us must have experienced the miracle that the euphoria of a good day makes our ache go away. A positive person is more immune to the attack of diseases. Studies show that the system is in connection with our emotions. Therefore, emotions can be influential to one’s mental and physical health. A happy patient with cancer may live longer than a depressed and disappointed patient. This is why many doctors help patients to release emotional strain besides the physical treatment. One should keep happy all the time. Only by this way, one can make his life better and healthier.
