Graduates from various levels of colleges and universities find it not easy for them to get jobs after their graduation. Application forms and application letters are sent to all the organizations and companies but there are still many graduates who are not successful in hunting their jobs. There are various reasons for the low employment rate of college graduates. One reason is that college students pay enough attention to knowledge and theories in their majors and courses but they lack social practice and on-site work experiences. Another reason lies in the layout of job training in colleges. College training in China is still knowledge centered education and few practical courses are being taught. As college students, we should learn all the courses well on the one hand, and on the other hand, we also have to go into the society and gain social experiences. Colleges should open new practical courses for the students so that they can put their knowledge into practice.
