    It is very important to prepare your application with great care. Make it look good and make sure all the information is clear and easy to read. It is better printed with the A4 paper.
The Application Letter
    There are many ways you can write a letter for a job. Remember, your address, phone number and the date must be on the letter.
Contents
Refer to where and when you saw the job advertised.
Give enough information about your former work that is similar to this one.
Give your telephone number in the letter.
Close your letter by stating how suitable you are for the job.
    If starting with Sir/Madam, the letter always ends with Yours faithfully. If starting with a person’s name, it always ends with Yours sincerely. Sign your name and have your name printed underneath.
