答案 Everyone wants to be healthy and to live a happy family life, but lots of people have lost their health due to various reasons. What the picture reveals is such a tragedy that a skinny man worked himself to death, leaving his grieving wife and a minor child behind. In fact, the tragedy is not alone, so what causes this phenomenon? From my point of view, there are mainly two reasons for the phenomenon. First, many of us have sunk to the addiction to work to the exclusion of everything else, including their own health. As the pace of life in modem world grows even faster, many people seem always busy with various kinds of things especially work so that they have neglected their own health. In addition , many of us do not have enough physical exercise. After one day’s hard work, they are too exhausted to do any sports, and the only thing they want to do is to have a good sleep. To solve this problem, we may adopt the following measures. To begin with, we should try to schedule our time reasonably, and keep in our mind that work is only a part of our life. Besides, we must change our concept of exercise, and do as much exercise as possible. Only in this way, can we keep us healthy and live a happy life.
