答案　　I think people go on a diet for many reasons. Firstly, many people want to lose weight. In fact, this is the most common way that people use to lose weight. Personally, I think it’s an effective method but I would recommend doing some sports as well. Secondly, some people go on a diet for 　　better body shape. You can see that many gym-goers eat a lot of boiled chicken breast and broccoli because they want to have more muscles and lower body fat rate. Last but not least, some people go on a diet just because they think it’s healthier to eat less.
