An office is a place of deadlines, cancelations, last-minute tasks and ringing phones. To make the office procedure more efficiently, some of the procedure has been changed recently. First, all of the telephones are supposed to be received by an operator and will be transferred to the exact place the caller wants.
Next, one of the important changes is a reporting system. From now on, each department doesn’t need to make financial reports anymore. We developed an automated financial program. But the technology report should be sent to the head office as usual. In addition, the new software will be distributed to every department from this Wednesday. I understand you are not familiar with this program, so you will have some handbooks and manuals. If you have any problems with the software, please contact Ms. Tucker who is in charge of this program.
