There exists an acute need for scientists, engineers, technicians, economists, physicians, lawyers skilled in domestic and international law, and most importantly, perhaps,  teachers and administrators with a commitment to sharing their skills with the underdeveloped nations.  These nations would then be able to devise educational strategies and techniques needed to teach their students essential skills.
