However, at the same time, working experience in a company is essential to the teaching of business English. A teacher with working experience can draw upon some personal examples about real life business in the class, and therefore make teaching more interesting and practical. The knowledge is taught in a vivid way, and also the teacher can provide useful advices for the students’ future career. A teacher with both teaching and working experience will be the best. Without quality products, no matter how strong the consumer relationship is or how good the service it provides, the company will lose in a hard market. The product is the most important.
