   You should write approximately 100 words. Do not sign your own name at the end of your letter. Use "Atlantic Trade Corporation" instead. You do not need to write the address.

You acknowledged our order on 15th March, however, we have not yet received the order or any news regarding it, and wonder if it has been overlooked. We have two reasons for wanting the materials ordered. Obviously, we want to apply them to the present urgent work. But just as important, we want you feel free to resell. By completing the order now, you will allow us to continue placing the orders you need, as you need them. That will help your sales and ours. The delay in delivery is now causing considerable inconvenience. Without the immediate delivery, we shall be obliged to cancel and obtain the materials elsewhere.
