答案Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to complain about your hotel conditions and service. My parents and I had a terrible stay in Room 512 and Room 514. Firstly, the air conditioners didn’t work properly. When I asked the receptionists for help, they said they would deal with the problem. But eventually no one came. Secondly, we found the bathrooms rather dirty. What was worse, the noise around at night was so loud that we found it hard to fall asleep. I asked the receptionists to get the rooms changed but was refused for the reason that the hotel was full. It was surprising that they should treat us in a very casual and indifferent manner. I would like you to give us a reasonable explanation and compensate us. Thank you for your consideration and 1 am looking forward to your early reply. Yours faithfully Li Hui
