                    Miso Sesame Dressing
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 teaspoons light soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds
1/2 cup white miso paste
Add the sesame seeds, salt, pepper, and brown sugar to the blender and slowly mix with water. Gradually add soy sauce, vinegar, then miso paste and blend on high. Finally, slowly add sesame then olive oil and blend on high until creamy. Serve on salads, cold noodles, or with vegetables. Store refrigerated for a maximum of three days.
