答案 The insensible act of "panic buying"—people wiping out supermarkets during crises—always causes serious problems. Panic buying is a phenomenon of selfish madness, which reveals the buyers’ lack of responsibility as well as the government’s inability to launch proper management. Blindly grabbing everything at hand only deprives others of their share of living resources. To make matters worse, as the market is running out of supplies, a sense of insecurity becomes panic. Calmness and ration are where the solution lies. When undergoing a crisis, as citizens we should be clear-minded and make sure each of us only get the portion we need. Besides, the government is supposed to adjust its policy in time. For example, when an epidemic breaks out, markets can set a limit to the number of daily necessities that each individual can buy each day. In conclusion, to ensure that everyone has a share, citizens and the government should stay calm and make joint efforts.
