Today, the computer has almost entered into every field--agriculture, industry, finance, transportation etc. all need the help of computer. We can say, to some extent, that it is the computer who compels the development of our modern society. Without computer, there will be no emergence of knowledge economy in the 21st century. As everything is the unification of contradiction, the computer also has negative effect on our society. It makes a lot of people unemployed and increases the instable factors of our society. In addition to traditional crime, the criminal’s use of computer to attack our national defence and finance system is especially dangerous. As the computer is wiser and wiser, people even worry that our human will be overwhelmed by the computer and the computer become the governor of the world. Can the computer substitute the human? Of course not. No matter how wise the computer will become, its status as a tool will not change--it is the invention of human, by human and for human.
