What is the problem of the lecture rooms?

M: I’m Mike and I work for the Student Union. Can I ask you a few questions about the university facilities?
W: Sure. What would you like to know?
M: What do you think about the lecture rooms here?
W:(1)Not so good, I’m afraid. They are too small and sometimes we can hardly find a seat.

W: Oh, pretty good. The software base contains a large selection of learning programs, language games and word-processing facilities.
M:(2-2)Is the service there good?
W:(2-3)Yes. There are qualified staff who offer help to us while we are working.
M: Oh, good. Well, what do you think of the library facilities?
W: Oh, I’m sorry to have to say, but I think the room has poor lighting and the opening time is inconvenient, although it’s well-stocked.

W: I think it’s too expensive for photocopying and there are not enough machines. Sometimes, we have to stand in line waiting for a long time.
